These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cartier website and related services (collectively, "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cartier reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Cartier may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. All updates become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and product information, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Cartier or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform materials is strictly prohibited.
Each agent is required to complete all assigned tasks within the designated time frame. Incomplete or delayed tasks may affect the agent's credit standing and eligibility for future assignments.
Agents must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their activity on the Platform. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of access.
Withdrawals are only permitted after all assigned tasks have been completed. Agents must maintain a credit score of 100 to be eligible for withdrawal requests. Any pending obligations must be cleared before a withdrawal can be processed.
Each agent begins with an initial credit score of 100. Points may be deducted for policy violations, incomplete tasks, or breach of terms. A score below 100 disqualifies the agent from submitting withdrawal requests until the score is restored.
Each individual is allowed only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or permanent ban from the Platform.
Agents must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Platform operations, internal processes, and any information obtained during their activity. Disclosure of confidential information to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Agents are responsible for the security of their account credentials and any assets associated with their account. Cartier is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to agent negligence.
Agents may receive special benefits based on their activity and performance:
Mega Deal ×3
When a Mega Deal is activated, agents receive 3× the standard commission rate for designated reservation tasks. This benefit is awarded based on performance milestones and is subject to availability.
Ultra Deal ×5
The Ultra Deal provides 5× the standard commission rate for selected high-value reservations. Eligibility is determined by cumulative contribution and task completion history.
Product reservations are assigned automatically by the Platform's system. Agents may not select or modify assigned products. All assignments are final and must be completed as instructed.
All tasks must be completed in sequence and within the specified time limits. Partial completion is not accepted. Failure to complete tasks may result in penalties including credit score deductions.
Any deposits made by agents are held securely and will be returned upon completion of all obligations and submission of a valid withdrawal request. Deposits may be forfeited in cases of serious policy violations.
Withdrawal Policy Withdrawals exceeding रु500,000 will be subject to a 50% withdrawal fee. Additionally, agents must ensure that their remaining account balance does not exceed रु100,000 after the withdrawal process
Cartier reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if any irregularities are detected.
